Dry Type transformer series products are safe, flame-retardant, non-polluting, and maintenance-free, and can be used as replacement products for oil-immersed transformers. Product Features

Core Manufacturing
The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and adopts a 45° fully oblique joint structure.
The iron core is processed using five-step and seven-step advanced production processes, which effectively reduces the no-load loss and noise of the iron core.
The core posts are bound with insulating tape, and in order to prevent moisture and rust, the surface is sealed with insulating paint;
The surface of the iron core clamps and fasteners are treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
Type description
H/V Coi
It is wound with F-class high quality insulated wire and cast with epoxy resin mixture under vacuum (1~3mbar).
Larger capacity coils are equipped with heat dissipation air channels along the axial direction.
During pouring, the resin mixture can completely penetrate into each gap of the coil, eliminating the existence of gaps and effectively suppressing the occurrence of partial discharge.
The partial discharge of the product does not exceed 5pC.
L/VCoil
Foil conductors are wound on an automatic foil winding machine.
Internal welding is performed on the winding machine using argon gas protection welding, with high precision, low welding resistance, and no external welding process.
DMD composite cloth pre-impregnated with F-class epoxy resin is used as interlayer insulation. The upper and lower ends are encapsulated with resin and placed in a curing oven to make it a strong rigid body.
The reactance heights of high and low voltage coils are almost the same, with small additional losses, good heat dissipation and excellent dynamic and thermal stability.
Temperature Controller
Dry-type transformers are equipped with temperature overheating protection devices. The temperature of the transformer is detected and controlled through the Pt100 thermistor embedded in the low-voltage coil, and digital signals are output through the RS232/485 communication interface.
The thermostat patrols to display the three-phase winding temperature during the operation of the transformer or tracks and displays the phase winding temperature with the highest temperature (can be switched at will).
Realize automatic and manual control of the cooling fan start and stop (can be switched at will).
Display, output and remote transmission of over-temperature alarm and over-temperature trip signals.
Enclosure
The classification of shell protection levels is based on the GB4028 standard.
Dry-type transformers generally have no shell protection, which is IP00. According to user requirements, enclosures with protection requirements of IP20, IP23 and other protection levels can be installed.
The IP20 housing prevents objects with a diameter greater than 12mm from entering, providing a safety barrier for live parts.
The IP23 enclosure can prevent water dripping within an angle of 60° from the vertical. There are ventilation shutters on the front and rear walls of this enclosure. This enclosure will reduce the cooling capacity of the transformer and reduce its capacity by about 5%.
Shell materials include: painted steel plate, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc. to choose from.
Dual Ratio Transformer
With the continuous improvement of the power level of the power system grid, in order to meet the needs of the current society and reflect the economic operation of the power grid, the emergence of dual-voltage (20-10kV) dry-type transformers greatly adapts to the needs of the current power system grid construction. On the one hand, the transformer can realize conversion to two voltage levels of 10kV and 20kV. Cooling Fans
The transformer cooling method generally adopts natural air cooling (AN). At this time, the rated capacity can be continuously output. If the user needs, an air cooling system can be configured and forced air cooling (AF) is used. At this time, the transformer output can exceed the nameplate rated load by 20%.
The fan is automatically started and stopped controlled by the thermostat to ensure the cooling effect of the transformer when it is overloaded.
Grounding transformers are usually used to provide an artificial, loadable neutral point for systems without a neutral point for system grounding. The grounding methods include: direct grounding and arc suppression coil or reactor combined grounding, etc. The grounding transformer can have a continuously used secondary winding (low voltage winding) as a substation power supply.
SGB Open Ventilated Dry Type Transformer
This product is produced using NOMEX insulation material approved by UL in the United States.
