Technological characteristics of shell drawing and stamping parts

The shell drawing stamping part is a stamping part which is processed by drawing technology.
Drawing is to press the flat metal sheet into the stamping die through the movement of the punch. the shell drawing stamping parts are widely used, such as automobile parts, household products, electronic equipment and so on.

The ultimate tensile coefficient is affected by the material fluidity of stamping parts, the compression resistance of materials and the flow resistance caused by compression.
Excessive flow resistance causes the edge of the shell to be damaged and wrinkled, and this area is the area with the weakest material resistance.
